Stacktrick (stacktrick.com) is a static website. There are no accounts, no sign-in and no database of users. This page explains the little that does happen to your data when you visit.
Your practice progress stays in your browser
Your streak, XP, stickers, quiz and flashcard history, saved questions, read marks, saved code and light/dark preference are stored in your browser's localStorage on your device. They are never sent to us. You can export them as a file or reset them from your progress page, and clearing your browser's site data deletes them too.
Code you write in the coding round runs inside your own browser. It isn't uploaded anywhere.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
We show ads through Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads and to measure how they perform:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.

Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We don't use this information to identify you, and we don't run any analytics or tracking scripts of our own.
Newsletter
The newsletter isn't open yet, so nothing you type into the sign-up form is sent anywhere.
Children
Stacktrick is meant for people preparing for job interviews. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
