Stacktrick (stacktrick.com) is a static website run by Aditya Mishra in Mumbai, India, who is responsible for it. There are no accounts, no sign-in and no database of users. This page explains the little that does happen to your data when you visit, and names every outside service involved.
Your practice progress stays in your browser
Your streak, XP, stickers, quiz and flashcard history, saved questions, read marks, saved code and light/dark preference are stored in your browser's localStorage on your device. They are never sent to us. You can export them as a file or reset them from your progress page, and clearing your browser's site data deletes them too.
JavaScript you write in the coding round and on practice problems runs inside your own browser and isn't uploaded anywhere.
Java code on practice problems (Judge0)
Browsers can't compile Java, so when you choose Java on a practice problem and press Run or Submit, your code and the problem's test inputs are sent to Judge0 CE, a public code-execution service, which compiles it and returns the output. Nothing else is sent with it, and Stacktrick doesn't keep a copy. Don't put passwords or private code in it.
The voice coach and your microphone
The voice coach asks for microphone access only when you start a spoken answer. It uses your browser's built-in speech recognition (the Web Speech API). Depending on the browser, the audio may be processed by the browser maker's speech service, for example Google in Chrome, to turn it into text. Stacktrick never receives your audio or the transcript: scoring happens in your browser, and only your score is saved, in local storage. Typed answers never leave your browser.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to count visits and learn which pages are useful, so we know what to write next. It records things like the pages you view, how you arrived (a search engine or a link, for example), your approximate location at country or city level, and your device and browser type. It uses cookies such as _ga to tell one visit from another.
- We don't send Google your name, email address, answers or practice progress, and the reports we see don't identify you.
- Google Analytics 4 doesn't log or store IP addresses.
- Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the consent message. Until then Google receives only cookieless signals.
- You can opt out on every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising (Google AdSense)
We show ads through Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads and to measure how they perform:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
- Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), you'll be asked for consent before advertising cookies are used.

Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views and page load times with a small script; it doesn't use cookies or build a profile of you. We don't use any of this to identify you.

Your choices
Stacktrick holds no account or profile about you, so there's nothing on our side to export, correct or delete; your practice data is in your own browser, where you can export or reset it. You can decline cookies in the consent message where it's shown, opt out of personalized ads in Google's Ads Settings, and use Google's tools to see or delete data Google holds. Children
Stacktrick is meant for people preparing for job interviews. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
